Ocean View Field Rental Information

The Ocean View Field On-Farm Site

The Ocean View Field rental rate is $350/hour with a 2 hour minimum. 

• Rentals are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• confirm your date is available before submitting documents! 
• Full rental fees are due 60 days prior to the event date.
• Rentals are confirmed once we have received your non-refundable $150 holding deposit and
• a signed copy of the Rental Information and Use Agreement*
• Additional hours booked are billed at the hourly rate.
• Rental fees do not include insurance, food or beverage service, facility setup, equipment rental (including AV equipment), decorations, transportation, signage, security, or entertainment.
• Events must end by 6 pm
