Weddings in the Hay Barn

The Cowell Ranch Hay Barn is an ideal venue for weddings and special occasion events year around.
The spacious floor plan allows for flexible seating arrangements and table layouts. Situated at the base of the UC Santa Cruz campus, couples who choose to get married at the Hay Barn have easy access to breathtaking scenery with redwoods, meadows, and ocean views. 

The large main hall (114' long by 23' wide) and large outdoor area allows for flexibility with the
layout of your event! Hay Barn easily accommodates events up to 180 guests. 

The Cowell Ranch Hay Barn sits adjacent to oldest organic farm on a university campus, establishing
a lasting connection to sustainability and the organic food movement for everyone at your event. Outdoor space can be utilized during warm summer months for your cocktail hour, reception, and photos.
